If I am applying for multiple President’s Leadership Awards, do I need to turn in multiple copies of my application and/or recommendation forms?
No. You only need to submit one copy of your application and recommendations to apply for any or all of the PLI awards. Be sure indicate on the form which of the President’s Leadership Awards you are interested in, and address the criteria for those awards in your cover letter.

How should recommendation forms be submitted?/Is it OK if I turn in my recommendations with my application?
Recommenders should submit the forms directly to the Senior Vice President’s office via the online application. We only need to receive one copy of the form from each recommender. We will match up the recommendation forms to your application.

Can you confirm that all my recommendations have been submitted?
Due to the volume of applications and recommendations we receive, it is not possible for us to verify the completeness of individual applications. You should follow up with your recommenders to make sure the forms have been submitted.
