Iowa State University will be hosting events during first-generation college student awareness month where first-gen students can build community and network with other students, first-gen faculty and staff. Plus, the events will provide the opportunity to raise awareness of first-gen students’ needs and provide space to discuss best practices that we can implement at Iowa State University.
First-Gen Month Kick-Off on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 5:30-7:00 PM in the room 136 in the UDCC.
